Lauryn Hill is a singer, songwriter, producer African American. She was born May 26, 1975 in East Orange, New Jersey. Towards the late 90s that the Fugees group came forward and propels the global celebrity status.

With the album “The Score,” the Fugees band played in many countries, gives concerts, touring the world, the album The Score also have been known worldwide and knew lot of  success.

In 1998, Lauryn Hill performs on the album “The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill”, this is a solo studio album. No. 1 on the charts, the album has been received brilliantly by the public. It figured in the Billboard 200, it is sold almost 8 million copies. Lauryn Hill has been recognized for her talent and was able to win many titles, awards, like was the case at the 41st Grammy Awards.

The album was recognized and crowned with five Grammy Awards, Lauryn was presented as best artist of the year. Lauryn Hill has made the cover of many renowned international magazines. Then a little later, the media are diverted from her. Lauryn Hill had crossed the desert, she suffered a bit of depression, with the fame that she had..it was a difficult time for her.

The Fugees tried to return to center stage, but it did not last.
